Lamberti was founded in 1964 at Lazise on the banks of Lake Garda. It takes its name from one of the oldest Verona families, the Lamberti's, who were lords of Verona and fought for control of the city with powerful Bella Scalas. Credit goes to this great estate for being the first to recognize the needs of a changing market and to find the key to relaunch and enhance the classic and other wines of the region: Soave, Bardolino and Valpolicella. But Lamberti does not just produce classics. Tura, the high quality sparkling wine, has been on the market for 25 years and dominates sales of semi-sparkling wines in Italy. Always sensitive to and ahead of the wine trends of recent years, Lamberti has expanded its range to include a line with reduced alcohol content.
